Reflexology For Carpal Tunnel
I was very pleased to take Helen Whysong's reflexology course online. It was more than I expected. With carpal tunnel moving through the new century as the result of repetitive use of technology, practitioners of reflexology would be wise to add this course to their resume. Master Helen Whysong pulls it all together with unique techniques that link universal healing with masterful knowledge to bridge the healing process for the client. The course is a must learn for all practitioners seeking mindful healing tools for their clients.

Maternity Reflexology
I had the opportunity to work with Master Reflexologist Helen Whysong during my pregnancy with my fourth child. With all of my previous pregnancies, my biggest complaint was pressure in my pelvis and perineum that caused uncomfortable varicose veins and painful hemorrhoids during the 9th mont. When I asked my physician about possible treatment options, she explained that the only "cure" was to deliver the baby, which was causing all of the pressure. I had resolved myself to the fact that this was to be an unavoidable discomfort of pregnancy that I would have to live with.
I was very disappointed when these problems surfaced early in the 7th month of my fourth pregnancy. I feared that by the 9th month the pain and discomfort would become severe. I had no prior experience with foot reflexology, yet I was open to trying anything that might slow the profession. Helen was confident that she could help. the results exceeded all of my expectations. I had thought perhaps the reflexology would prevent my problem from getting any worse. to my surprise, the hemorrhoids and varicose veins subsided completely, and never returned at any time during the remainder of pregnancy, delivery and post-partum. My physician and I were both shocked. Overall, my pregnancy, delivery and recovery were quite comfortable and problem-free. for the first time I was able to give birth without requiring stitches for a perineal tear or episiotomy. the foot reflexology made the difference. I strongly recommend this kind of treatment to other pregnant women and I definitely plan to explore other applications of reflexology for myself and my family.

Zonery & Reflexology The Whysong Method
Master Helen Whysong has education, experience and observations which she has combined to give the reader techniques to help clients with health problems. Her book contains many pictures and diagrams which she uses to help the reader visualize what she is teaching.
This book provides advanced techniques but is good for the beginning practitioner as well as the advanced reflexologist. It gives great background information to make observations and conclusions about the areas being worked on and what outcome may be expected by working specific areas in a particular manner.
Anyone using this book or being treated by Mater Whysong will benefit from her experience and blessed by her strong belief in Reflexology. Nancy Beauchamp, BSN, Certified Reflexologist
